Rob from Key Access provided excellent service. He was easy to communicate with, polite and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He arrived on time and even cleaned up after job completed. Great service provided by Key Access Locksmiths. Rob went out of his way on a public holiday to make contact with me and arrived the next day on time as arranged. He installed a dead lock on a timber door. He was professional at all times. I would use him again, as the service provided was outstanding.

In a time where customer service and quality standards leave much to be desired, Rob is a complete exception to the rule. He's polite and punctual while providing quality service at reasonable rates. Really wish some of the others could learn customer focus and quality from him.Such a star! Highly Recommended.

Helpful, knowledgeable, skillful and punctual - everything you want a tradie to be! 👍 I (poorly) explained the issue I had with my lock, but Rob knew exactly what the problem was and he fixed it quickly and affordably. It’s the kind of service you’d be happy to pay double for!
